I have activated the IR basic plan with no monthly rental. Incoming messages are free. If any incoming or outgoing calls, or Internet usage they will charge. For the month of October, I have received a bill of Rs.1272
My usual monthly payment is Rs.234.82.
I have raised a request asking for clarification.
Their only response is charges are valid. Bill is showing some incoming and outgoing call lists.
I never received any incoming calls, and I didn’t make any outgoing calls. In the call history there is one call duration is 2 seconds both incoming and outgoing calls happened at the same time same date same duration. How is it possible to make both incoming and outgoing calls at the same time? They gave a response as it was a conference call. I asked them a clarification on how it is possible to make a conference call in 2 seconds. still, they are saying the charges are valid. Attached is the screenshot for your reference.
I am using this number just for bill payments. I have my US number to make calls.
Without providing clarification. The customer service is just responding the charges are valid for the past one month. They are not providing any mangers contact information also.
