Hi,
I have applied for broadband connection and paid Rs 6099/- as six months advanced rental. But still team is asking for Rs1000 as installation charges and that too they are saying bill will not be given on the name of airtel.
I suspect they are charging extra other than normal charges.
Please clarify on this issue or give any point of contact to get this thing clarified.
