I have booked a OLA RENTAL cab on 29/05/2022 for 6 hours / 60kms and the fare shown was that Rs. 1586.
Upon completion of the ride they have charged me Rs. 1719 ( Rs. 12 for extra kms that is acceptable) but they have charged me Rs. 121 extra ( 1707-1586) in the name of Taxes which is totally unacceptable.
As per my understanding the amount which is shown at the time of time of booking is inclusive of taxes and they have charged me separately, further the rate of GST which is charged is different not as the GST Laws.
Upon asking to them numerous times from almost 23 days they always reply the same that till charges has been charged but the fact that I was roaming in the local city and no toll was there in the city and not providing proper resolution of the same. They just transfer and transfer this matter to new customer care service person and he/she asks me to explain the whole story again and tell me that it would get escalated but then the very next day same activity happens. I don’t know what they are doing with this complaint and not providing me proper resolution. I have been fed with calling them and mailing them from last 23 days.
If it is required then I can send mails also which has been exchanged. Kindly help me to get proper resolution.
