Dear Sir,
I NIRMAL.C taken loan of Rs. 15,000/- for 3 months they have deducted my EMI Amount after the clearance of 3 instalements snt many mails and spoke with Phone banker and Head Services they replied for information to get transfer the Extra EMI to my SB ACCOUNT AND I have provided that too. But still no response from them sending mails regularly taken tyme till 5 months but still not refund my amount.
Pls find the attached mails copies in word formate. I request you to kindly provide the justice to me to get my Refund of Rs. 5185/- along with interest or penalty till date. I have followed up them many times bu they were never bother about the customer concern. They will be taking time to get clarify and simply telling that my payment issue transfered to concern department and they will get back you but till now no one called me on this.
I am fed up a lot lot. Pls request you to find the attahced proof and go through my case and help me to get the Refund at the earliest.
