I made a outstanding monthly emi payment via the dmi portal using the UPI option (which i have also done before) on 2nd July, 2020 and after that it was showing that i have 0 total outstanding balance.
Still an ECS of 2523 was debited from my account on 6th July, 2020.
Kindly request you to refund the amount as soon as possible since this is the only money i have to spend the whole month.

It is even showing that payment is received on 2nd of july in the statement summary.
Hope you will resolve this issue as soon as possible.
