Sir i got an offer from TATA CAPITAL OF LOAN OFFER 162000 through phone call ,and i accepted that because i needed but they falsely made an agreement which consders the EMANDATE of amount rs 1000000,which i am unable to pay.till know i didnot received the amount ,i went to my sbi branch they are also not cancelling the emandate request please help me sir i am from middle class family we are unable to handle this.
