I want to buy products from Amazon from last 15 days but as I proceed to checkout they are charging Rs120 Extra per item as delivery charge even if the product are eligible for Free delivery. I talked with their executive also and they was like it’s technical issue will be resolved in 2 days but now it’s 7 days gone from that still no updates… As I found out this issue and if my parents are placing order and without knowing they will pay extra rupees then who will be responsible. That Amazon glitch will prove costly to them.
