Text of Complaint by Ravi Prabhat:

I have taken my Airtel Xstream connection on 28th July 2021.
From Registered mobile number – 7004338752. As they have promised that they will install my whole Airtel connection within 3 days.. this is 8th day of connection there is no positive response from the company they are not even taking my refund request to close connection.
The ground level staffs ( engineers, lineman, technician) they are not receiving call and when I tried to reach them they where very rude. They directly said I’ll not do your installation even in next few days, if you want to lodge complaint against us, do freely.
Now at this point I have no option, Airtel costumer care executive are worthless because local technical team don’t even listen to them.
Kindly help me to get refund.
