Sir,
I am a consumer of Tatasky set top box for a long time approx 10years. I was unable to watch the set top box and I lodge a complain and give a request for service. On 04/09/2021 one of the technician of Tata sky visited to our house and suggested me to take a new set top box in which the digicard is in-build and take the old digicard box with him. That day I requested him to install the Tata sky Binge but he was unable to activated the binge dongle. Again I had lodged a complain and ultimately on 08/09/2021 another technician of Tata sky came to our house and activated it. But he was not guide me to di-activated the previous box or he had not done it himself. After someday I had realized the above matter and had got to know that my account had debited for both the box. after that several times I had contacted the customer care and the nodal office of Kolkata but my problem remains. They had informed me that now if I di-activated the previous box then the one month free subscription of Tata sky Binge had dropped which is valid up to 8/10/2021 . Without any mistake of mine I had faced the several problem from a long days. I need the following solutions:
1. Deactivated my previous box No-034838304276
2. Refund the subscription fees for the set top box for that box
3.Allow me the free subscription of the Tata Sky Binge upto 08/10/2021
Otherwise, I will leave all the Tata Sky product and go further for my solution.
