Text of Complaint by Kuwer singh:

I am consistently facing weak signal on some channel of tata sky. regarding this  I already complaint this issue in tata sky help line No. But after that they not take seriously my complaint.  It’ really shameful. they said that we cannot do anything in this, for this our technical team will have to come here and they charge Rs 150 for this  If there is a problem in the setup box then it will take 400 + 150 rupees. I just got my setup box replaced last year and now it will be the third time. Will I keep changing the setup box again and again. I pay a bill of 353 rupees every month. But even after you are take  money. Why are you behaving like a roadside company.
