To whom it may concern
I would like to know that whenever we order some products below 500 delivery charges are applicable. But when a person orders so many items all together which amounts near 5954 , but the delivery date of the product gets splits off from your side. Thats fine but to my suprise on the same day within 15 mins two different delivery boy comes to deliver the product with some extra charges which was not shown before hand when they confirm the delivery with the amount they showed.So, what is the use of ordering so many products all together? I need help as the customer care person has also accepted but he said that he will confirm and tell me but failed to get any call. So I have cancelled rest of the products. I need help or else I have to move to consumer forum.
