This is Shayaz Khan(AIRTEL MOBILE- 9871203786), I am getting extra charges every months on my International roaming which is very unfair. Called Multiple time to customer centre NO response, they not even bother to rectify the Bill as well, very poor customer care service.
I am stuck in Australia from Last three months due to the COVID-19 Airtel is Charging me extra money though even I have activated my Rs.2499 Plan for every month.
Is there anybody responsible person in Airtel who can solve my problem?
