I have buyed a ACTIVE 6G scooty on March 2022 financed by SK finance and it was financed for 18 months out of which 13 Emi have debited from my bank account before the given date of 5 we have payed through phonepay but at the time of foreclosure they are demanding 3540 as a bounce charge because in company it was not updated it’s their fault of system not ours so why should we pay them 3540 rupee
