Image Uploaded by Arun B:I used to enable international roaming packs as I am a frequent traveler across globe. Recently I have traveled to South Africa and hence enabled the IR pack for 30 days. My service got interrupted after landing there and I have raised a complaint regarding the same. The service got restored after 3 days and my roaming pack deactivated along with that. When I realized it, I have raised another complaint on the same. my bill for the month of July was Rs. 19177 I have discussed with customer service and then escalated to the next level, even had a discussion with the bill desk. With the warm support, they confirmed me that they are not ready to change anything in the bill, also added to my next bill cycle with their cooperative call durations. Fortunately, this time it reduced to Rs. 17779, including a 10 day pack of Rs. 4000. During discussion with customer service, they suggested me that I can port to other service, if I am not satisfied. As as per their suggestion I decided to port to some other service provider who can give me better service and not cheat me with their packages. I have escalated to appelate authority and has not received any updates for the past 22 days, except for some standard replies.
