My 4th mail regarding my landline number 0124-4073886.
Please be informed my outgoing calls are barred for this number due to a non payment of Rs.2800/- previous month and 1800/- for this month whereas the plan I’m using the monthly rent is 1100/- every month then how can I be charged 1800/- instead of 1100/-??????
You have been charging me 400/- plus GST for last 1 year against additional data whereas I have 1000 gb of data unused on my number.The total of Rs.4800/- plus gst has been charged extra.If these charges are not waived immediately I shall complain the same to the consumer court and also get all the numbers ported.
