I am user of tata sky , my id is 1298723923. yesterday I book a free showcase movie by messaging to specific number . But tat sky deduct the 120 amount from my account unnecessarily . When I called to customer care they told me that I booked movie for two time. my question is simple that how can they charge the same show which I request for two times, it is system mistake that when I once booked the show then system has to declined my second request. this is wrong service from service providers.
