Airtel is charging voice special number for customers without informing them about the charges. And activating services which are not opted for and if we are activating any services for emergency purpose it is being charged as recurring charge every month which is not mentioned when activating the service. Numerous calls and service requests were made and one of the staff contacted and confirmed it will be resolved but it is repeated this month as well and this going on since 3 months, which is not acceptable.
