Hi my name Is preety singh my postpaid Number is 9821144515 .
i had spine fracture in jan 2020 and also m not working since long time so I told your representative about the same and asked to remove some late fee so I can pay it they said it will be done I spoke to them in March .
Then I checked wasn’t waived off and I tried to contact couldn’t contact due to lockdown..
in between I paid some about and also 100 booster pack i didn’t know that it will be coming every month in my bill and Noam since aptitude getting extra charges the tax late fees 100 rp foe that booster I cannot use it if I knew I would have activated it then MY NUMBER WAS shut down ..
I tried to call customer service after the first bill with 599 couldn’t reach then I received call back from you and the rep disconnected the call without listening my problem so he couldn’t file my complaint.,
then I have waited long to open your store then I went to the store 4 days ago the ask me to wait n I waited also asked me to send email I did that too they only sending me one msg that they need complaint number..
now from where I get the number when complaint WAS never filed .. m tired sending emails m making requests I don’t have job my fracture isn’t getting better I still will try to pay it anyhow .,
but I won’t pay extra charges foe nothing no body is listening to me. The ppl at the store are so rude couldn’t even waiver one or 2 late fees this is the worst customer service ever I am so aggravated I sent email to ceo no response where I should go answer ask for help this is so humiliating I want the resolution asap or I want to speak someone higher ..i am very old customer but no one is showing lil bit courtesy this is shame .
