My mobile stopped detecting Airtel sim today. I found on Airtel website that it takes only 25 rupees to swap the sim at Airtel store. I went to one Airtel store and requested to swap the sim , they charged 100 rupees for the same …. I told them it takes only 25 rupees they told the Airtel customer care don’t know the charges and charged 4 times…..!!
This is what happens at your stores and you call yourselves the best network!!!!
I want my remaining money back or else I will tell all my friends to switch to other brands…!
Please correct this…
