I am paying a prepaid package of 289/- on monthly basis for specific package. And when am unable to watch the selected channels I raised a request with Tata sky customer care and they are stating there might be technical issue and they will charge 150rs for technician visit, so that he can solve it
My point is when am paying a specific amount to watch the channels and when there is issue “it’s there duty to solve that,instead they are again charging extra amount to solve (which hasn’t caused by me. it’s purely technical issue).”
What if same thing happens for every month they will charge every time which is not at all correct.
Kindly look into the issue and address this issue.
