Respected Sir / Madam,

I PARTH MISRA being an Airtel Family Member from past or more than 4 years…I for the first time came across the problem related to my Primary Number 8106810674 with Relationship No. 1276281848 for the billing purposes.

I have added two numbers to my plan which was earlier 749plan I made it 999 plan and added two numbers ( i. e, 9908150445/9908180445 ) in the month-end of Jan or first week of Feb from the Store opposite to our Office Himayatnagar for which I have received the bill for the month of 23 Jan 2020 to 22 Feb 2020 as Rs. 1352.57/- and in the last week of Feb as sson as got I visited the Himayatnagar store and told to deactivate the both the numbers which was added to my plan and change my plan from 999 to 749 plan but to my surprise the plan got change but numbers they not deactivated after giving an request and to more surprises I have visited the store once they conveyed me and said it will be rectify and you won’t get bill from next month I said okay but same thing the bills get added to my account on monthly interval … As bcoz of this covid 19 pandic when I reached Himayatnagar store he gave all excuses and told he would have rectify now only but as the lockdown was partially opened I don’t have access to system fully we have only 50% of access anyhow will take request for waiver and update but again bill got generated after that I have been refered to Abids store where I have met Mr Praveen he have guided me and he also taken request for my bill and they are two or three more customer executive who have taken the requuest but still there is no reply or any confirmation either of the executives.. Recently I was feeling burden and hope that Airtel provide me one time concession and clear it all from your end I have made an payment of Rs. 1000/- @ Abids store on 16-06-2020……More I can travel again and again to store regarding this issue as they take request and gain the same continus and bill get generated

Hope you rectify and solve my issue as soon as possible bcoz I too fell bad if I get call regularly call from Airtel Exeecutive and have to mention my prblem what actual happens… So need you favour for this time to clear what is the final due amount to be paid and give me an week of time to clear it ..
