VI is charging me Rs.380 additionally for the period from 25th Jun-24th Jul’21 when i have not done a single International SMS.
When asked for itemized bill they have not been able to provide any details .
Apart from that i have never asked to activate International roaming or calling or SMS not sure how this is being followed.
Even last month I was charged for international SMS not done by me since amount was less I dint bother much but this time it is a a huge amount just for SMS.
I think they are playing around & trying to earn money from people , IDEA was doing amazing but since VI has taken up there are multiple issues being faced of Internet Data , calling range etc.
PATHETIC SERVICE – 5-6 times I requested itemized bill not provided even once.
I asked team to investigate a lady simply calls & says sorry this is done by you when i have been telling them it is not me & they should investigate.
& now if i do not pay bill they will simply hold back my number.
