Dear Sir,
My Tata Sky ID is 1101873352 & My name is Harpal Singh.
Last time my setup box replaces after complaining on Feb-20 & I paid to TATA Sky around 350/- for setup box and setup box guaranteed for 1 year.
That setup box was card insert box & replace by card inbuilt set box, they don’t give me back card they taken box along with card.
Now around one week ago my setup box not received single & i am complain with you then tata sky employees replace setup box thats guarantee still running.
They take card inbuilt set box & give me again card insert setup box.
Matter is that they demand 300/- rupee for “CARD” they said guarantee not for card guarantee is for setup box, 135/- rupees already deducted in my current recharge & they said first you pay balance 165/- then services remain.
No one understood my problem every 6 month setup box create signal related problem & they want I pay him every time.
My Opinion is that “they taken my card insert setup box along with card (free) no payment refund that time & they want I pay 300/- rupee charge for same card.
Customer care said me our work done with informe you & cut call, not try to understand my problem.
I am middle class men & I am not able to pay charges every time for that type issue.
My request you please resolve my problem as soon as possible & take some strict action so they don’t do it this type of problems.
