I was un aware of 1 loan which was taken on my name from Mobikwik the base amount as per them was somewhere 400 rs. However recently I came across their mail in which they had charged me around 6247 rs which I was not aware of. However when I asked them about the loan they said they can’t remove penalty charge. At a same time i was not aware nor I was informed about this.
