(8367008342) I lost my sim card before 1week so i want to take sim card again i went to vi store
Store details :- (Tirupati)city centre complex 18-1-421, kT road beside Anjaneyaswami temple bhavani nagar ‘ Tirupati Andhra pradesh 517501
They said that sim replacement charge is 1100 if u delay to take this sim card it ll remove from our end . The sim has been in stage of inactive if want to take this sim again you have to pay 1100 +gst . I don’t have any other options so i had paid 1100 to get my sim card again 700 through phone pay 400 through cash the am snapping the payment details
I asked them the if I recharge the service ll active so i ll recharge is there chance to get sim . They said that if you pay 1100 then only you get this sim … so i paid .., please take the action on this worst behaviour . they are doing fraud with Customer
