I had opted for Rs. 749/- family pack with 2 post paid sim and 1 data sim.
today I received bill with Rs.723/- plus Rs. 134 Tax (which was not told at the time of take this pack) as alway MRP includes all the taxes. So why this additional Rs. 134 I have to pay.
also I am billed for Rs. 20 for voice call and Rs. 5 for SMS. why when all was inclusive in the pack.
appreciate your needful action to remove above charges and send the bill again.
