Dear Sir / Madam,
I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Post Paid Plans
The issue that I have experienced was: I bought extra 2gb and I already told the advisor that I have internet issue..the first advisor told me “don’t worry sir we will solve your problem” and told “it’s the network issue in your area”, so finally my add on pack of oldā¹25 exhausted and I bought extra 2gb and I already have internet issue so I went to kitchen for dinner and close my internet when I opened it again after some time a message arrived on my phone that you have exhausted 50% of data mean that 1gb … I check out my data usage there is record of using only 388.mb .. and message have arrived of 1gb usage..but how…
It occurred on: 3/05/2022
Provide me my data otherwise i will go to consumer court as I have proof of the same issue..and will case against jio..and I will change my all three sim cards into Airtel
