I am a Vodafone customer since last 2 years. However recently when I received my bill for the mentioned number , the additional charge of Rs. 819 was added.
I called customer care to know about the charges, they have informed me that the call on special number was made I.e on 53516 on which 1 calls were made on November 1 in which 91 minutes 10 second call was made.
Now I would like to mention here that this number is strictly used by me and I have never made calls on the number provided by customer care i.e 53516.
