I had availed Ola cab ride on 29th July morning (CRN: 7559477970, Cost Rs 1225) and on 1st August (CRN: 7567949176, Cost Rs 846). For each rides Rs 500 has been considered from my Ola money. But both the drivers insisted that I pay the full amount by cash as the Ola money was not reflecting for them.
I tried to contact the Online Customer Support from the Ola App, but it was not helpful. I was provided the message to settle the amount by cash. (Screen Shot attached) I paid both of them the full money by cash. Now Ola is not agreeing to contact the drivers and refund the money as it was paid by cash.
Please reverse the amount deducted from my Ola money as I have paid both the drivers full fare amount by cash.
