Text of Complaint by Sumer Singh Chauhan:

Sir,

My self Sumer Singh Chauhan taken Home loan from LTFS and my Loan No is H17716100220051138R. My self workingin Lucknow and taken this loan from Barakhmbha L & T Finance Services. Due to wrong distribution of loan by LTFS I have faced huge Finance loss . I have made number of communications but no support I have received from LTFS side.

Request your kind attention for resolution of case. I have shared details of case in trail mail. Again sharing for your reference.

1. I have applied for a loan in 2019 Dec with L&T Finance and get oral confirmation from that time Officer regarding loan sanctioned in Feb 20. Loan distribution done in July 20 1st installment.

2. As per agreement with builder 50% amount need to submit on possession and 50% in opening year. Agreement copy taken by L&T and instructed me we directly deal with builder. Total cost of of unit is INR 2052000 and loan sanctioned is INR 1400000.

3. I have paid Inr 300000 before loan sanctioned, and demand of builder INR 6,90,000 which is pending from bank end. L&T release INR 4,02,000 approx in July 2020 and INR 2,87,000 in Aug 2020.

4. I have received letter from builder for non payment they are canceled my agreement and I have ask bank why my payment not submitted yet. Bank contacted with my builder and pay them 2,93,000 to builder instead of updating last payment while builder cancelling because of last pay due from bank end.

5. Now bank increased loan amount , EMI amount which directly impact on my budget, CIBIL score and my cheques bounce 4-5 times. On behalf of poor score L&T and other banks where I have taken loan raise intrest rate .

6. After so many oral and written communication L&T not addressing my issue. Maximum time my call disconnected by IVR menu and if somehow I get connected then a complaint number given but still things not resolved.

7. I have raise this query during your call for collection too and they every time saying please continue submit EMI we are highlighting your concern.

It is humble request you to please look into the matter and resolve issue so I am able to get my loss.
