We have made RTGS on 7th July and submitted the corresponding UTR no. on appropriate email ids, even then our numbers are deactivated.
We have 11 numbers under our corporate plan out of which 2 numbers have an add-on of BBM worth Rs 299 per month which we don’t want and we are trying to deactivate that since September 2019 but till now it comes added in the bill.
