My postpaid plan is of Rs. 598+GST & they sent me bill of 1228.65.
I called customer care to know more about this extra bill but they have no answer for my queries. I called they on 27th Feb. 2020, they ask me to wait for 24 hours to resolve the query. My query is very simple “for what they have charged me extra in my bill?” but they have no answer. Today i.e. 2nd Mar. 2020 I called they again, and they give me same answer – to wait for 24 hours again.
Really pathetic service & clueless customer care team.
