Subject : Wrong bill statement generated for postpaid mobile no 7042968181.
Dear Sir/Madam,
This is regarding error in attached bill statement generated on 9th oct 2021 for which I had complained to airtel via app/email/phone calls to customer care dept at 121 but no resolution has Ben received after waiting period of 16 days.
There were 3 complaints made via app 1) 10 ocr 2) 18 oct 3) 19 oct and all have been closed without any resolution and email sent on 14 oct and received confirmation on 19 oct and gave me deadline of 22 oct maximum. But neither email received with resolution no calls made.
And today made a call at black customer care 121 and she assured me to waived off charge of 99/- extra + applicable taxes for data deactivate no 9999795922 for which extra rental is charged in bill generated on 9th oct 2021
She assured me to send email confirmation on same which didn’t receive as yet.
Now going to escalate the case to consumer court to make me harass and very disappointing behaviour of customer care dept and will take justice from them.
