I have redeemed credit card points in the month of August for the redemption fee has been deducted in my account statement as well like Rs.99 + (Rs.8.91 + Rs.8.91) which redemption fee + cgst & sgst amount. And also I have paid my amount.
Now, what happened is that in September month also the amount has been deducted with the same date and its reflected in my September statement as well so I complained the same through phone banking, and they revised only Rs.99 and not revised the amount of CSGT & SGST which is Rs.17.82.
Now tell me why I have to pay this extra amount for the system fault. Please take necessary action & resolve this issue as soon as possible and let me know. This not fair to pay extra Rs.17.82 on my statement which made customers like me to disappoint and get bad thoughts on HDFC Banking.
