Hello Team,
I am using airtel postpaid card and in this month I got a bill with an extra amount added in the same as late fees and I tried customer care number many times but not able to connect and send them email also but no reply.
Actually few months back they have also charged me the same but that time i called them and i cleared it up, so here one point is that they have given me credit limit of some amount so as per this they can’t charge me for late fees and all.
Please I request you to do needful on the same on ASAP because 3rd July is last date to pay bill and if i am not paying the same again they will charge me.
