Hugo is an online money lending app, when I was searching for a loan I used to create a profile in hugo app but I didn’t request any money from them. They didn’t offer anything and I’m not interested in the app. So I uninstall the app. But they credit ₹1100 to my bank account without my knowledge. After a week they asked to repay ₹2000. I made a payment and after confirming my loan was closed I took a screenshot regarding the payment. After a week again they asked me to pay ₹2000. So I shared all the payment details to them they are demanding me to pay ₹2000 else the will defame/ damge my profile to my family and friend. They did the same also. So I kindly request you take necessary action against them as earlier as possible please.
