Text of Complaint by Komal Jain:

  •  I purchased a Airtel wifi from Amanaka Airtel Store Raipur Chhattisgarh, with 499 rs plan but the bill was generated of rs 800 and I ask them the reason they said don’t pay whole amount just pay 499+ tax and rest will be waived.
  • Next month I got a bill with the Amount 1000 499+300+100(late fees)+ tax.
  • Without informing me anytime they disconnect my network in the middle of my work
  • I call them continually to resolve this issue but they are passing my issue to one and another and making fun of me any least bother to solve it.
  • All the employees are from Amanaka store Raipur
