When I ordered groceries total amount shown me 602. But when I received product I got invoice of amount 652 then I paid 652 to filed executive.
I try my payment through Amazon pay 3 times but unfortunately it was failed. Then I paid 652 by cash. After 2 days my UPI trasction was successful then I contacted to field staff named as Harsit said him about my payment but he clearly refused that no payment done by me although I shared my screenshot with him.
For this issue I contacted customer care 5 or 6 times. But it has been 16 days i can’t get solved my problem.
I irritate saying my problem with customer care executives multiple times.
