Dear Sir ,
I am writing to you on behalf of my wife Mrs. Nirupama Jaiswal , using Mobile No – 9879196121 from last 20 yrs . in her last bill , you have charged Rs 2000/- plus GST , total amount of Rs 2400/- as some special service which is been used. She has not taken any such service , pls reverse this amount so that I can pay the balance amount or else I have to surrender this no which she was using from 20 yrs.
On the day then she got to know that Rs 2000/- is been charged to her without knowing the reason when this was unbilled ,she called to you call center and asked for the reason. At that time , you team has said that , it is been showing in unbilled & we don’t know for what reason it is been charged but you don’t worry we will not charge you for this since you have updated us in advance. But today she recd bill of extra Rs 2400/- which is not justify.
Pls close this issue or else I have to stop this no & go for another no. Waiting for you reply
