I have purchased the washing machine of whirlpool and it is under warranty. I have raised the complaint on customer portal that washing machine is not working properly. technical visited and said, machine will be send to the workshop and he can’t devote more than 15-20 minutes for single SR.
under warranty, they have charged 1000rs. please check as service center is making profit with wrong amount charged under warranty.
