I needed a loan, they approved it immediately from their app for an amount of 1 lac, sent me the loan agreement on email, and then the customer connect person connected with me on whatsapp, demanding a fees of 2199 for processing fees, kept on calling me continuously. i got fed up and paid, instead i asked if they could deduct the processing fees. the moment i paid 2199/-, they immediately came up with another payment of 5000/- for loan agreement
