I was contacted by this lady for data entry job.
I asked her to email me but she chose to talk only on wtsapp.
She asked me to sign an agreement where I was asked to complete 700 forms in 6 days. And I would be paid Rs 25/- per form.
After registration, I have been diligently trying to complete the said work.
However, due to family functions, I informed her that I would be able to complete the job in said time, so she said that I have to pay 4000/- for NOC which is refundable.
I agreed to that as well, when I asked her to send me e-mail for the same, she brought a completely different contract threatening me with FIR and telling me that she will send people to my house.
Also note the account details she shared didn’t belong to the company.
She has been constantly harassing me since morning and sending threatening and derogatory voice messages.
I had checked the previous complaints toward the said company and asked her to clarify to that she told me to please mind my work and not bother about these petty issues.
Now she is asking me to pay her 25000 in damages.
Kindly look into this company immediately.
