Text of Complaint by Ranjeet Goyal:

I am a registered broadband user of GTPL company having username (ranjeet04_pbr). I have transferred the broadband form Porbandar to Upleta in the starting of June, 2022 but my connection was transferred and started working in the starting of August, 2022. So, I requested to extend my connection’s validity for the mentioned period through email id ranjeetgoyal5@gmail.com to yoursupport@gtpl.net on Sept 5, 2022. After sending numerous emails to the company they gave complaint no: 20992502 on Nov 9, 2022. After more than 10 emails and 3 months I am still facing mental harassment. Till now, no solution is provided by the GTPL company.
