Its regarding extended warranty : EWFK201020010335

I have raised a complaint against Case ID: FLRI-2HVP5B-6NA1BK-9X09JZ-RESOPEM.

Dear sir,

Really frustrated with the pathetic service and responsibility which jeevas is showing in last four months. ( june 2023 to Sep 2023)
IFB microwave within extended warranty, was not working as expected.
1. I have raised the complain in June first week but technician closed the issue without resolution.

2. Reopened the issue in July first week, but still after multiple follow up, issue was not resolved.

3 . In Aug last week, when issue was not resolved, I requested for 70% refund as per policy, and logged the ticket on customer care.

4. But here, instead taking action, in sep first week, jeevas canceled the ticket by saying that customer was not responding. No single call received from Jeevas.

5. In middle sep 2023, when I raised the concern, they reopened the ticket by saying that, this is new ticket, refund is not applicable.

I don’t know why jeevas is misleading the information and trying to attempt the criminal act? In fact, these guys are not following their policy and doing frauds with customer.

Please help to resolve via processing the refund process with compensation on priority basis.
