Se bachna chah rahe toh fir maine kuch kharida hi nhi, fir mujhe mail kaha se aaya fir maine jo plan liya tha  ,flipkart se jeeves india ka fir wo sab kya tha drama tha chutiya bana k rakha hai applogo ne jab last me bole mere paas koi option nhi bachta applog k khilaf consumer court jana padega wo log bole haan haan app aaram se jaiye koi dikkat nhi iska matlab wo log ko koi dar nhi consumer court ka per mujhe yakin hai mera problem solve hoga consumer court me .jitne bhi online shop ho chahe flipkart ya amazon ya koi aur ,logo ka yakin inse uthta ja raha sale sab k sab fraud hain maine kaha applog ka call record ho raha sab as a proof dunga per unko koi fark hi nhi pad raha tha hum koi tata birla ya ambani k khandan se belong nhi karte hum ek aam aadmi hain inlogo pe strict action hona bahut jaruri hai koi strict law inke liye nikalna chahiye inke liye

    I have uncovered more information on the extended warranty fraud Flipkart Protect program is doing.

    Here is my case:

    ought a TV from flipkart ALONGWITH extended warranty via your authorized provider called “Jeeves Consumer Services”.

    The TV stopped working and it has been more than 2 months since we have contacted Jeeves and there has been no resolution at all. On top of that, Jeeves’ representatives have repeatedly tried to make a fool of us by giving false information repeatedly.

    I hope that you will do the needful to resolve the issue.
    Also, NOTE that we are building our case with due diligence and the next e-mail shall have recordings with our dealings with the scammer Jeeves as well as full details on every correspondence.

    Here is a gist of what has happened:
    – 11th Apr: The TV has stopped working since.
    – Tried to register a complaint with jeeves. It TAKES 30 mins FOR THEM TO PICK UP THE CALL. Further, they are RUDE AND WILL HANG UP SOON.
    – 21st May: The complaint got registered somehow after 1 month of waiting (understandable – pandemic)
    – 22nd May: A jeeves agent came home inspected and assured us that the issue shall be fixed with a part replacement in 20 days.
    – 22nd May – 19th June: Have made at least 10 calls to them during this period to track progress. First I was told that the order has been placed and is getting shipped from china. please wait a while. Then they said that the order has not been placed at all.
    – 19th June: After waiting in the phone line for 30 mins – they tell me that the claim has been closed. WTF is this?

    – 21st June: Call with Mr. Sameer (customer agent @jeeves) – after again 10 mins of waiting on the line.

    He said that the issue was closed from Jeeves side because the issue has been forwarded to FLIPKART.
    Here is our correspondence from Flipkart: Flipkart says we need to contact Jeeves. WTF is this ping pong game?

    Jeeves Says: Contact Flipkart.
    Flipkart Says: Contact Jeeves.

    I firmly believe that Jeeves Consumer Services is a warranty scam. It also paints a shitty picture of your “Flipkart Protect Program”. More information:
