Hi,
I have purchased the Thomson R9 24 inch LED TV and 2 year extended warranty on May 2021 , After 1 year its not working i tried to reach out to flipkart customer care and their floor supervisors but no one is helping me with the invoice details where i will be able to find the policy id or claim number which are required to get the extended warranty from Jeevs consumer services. In addition these customer care executive are giving me the wrong/fake information and they are not guiding me with correct information, in between a conversation they will request me to put my call on hold for getting more info and make me wait for more than 30 minutes and disconnect the call without any valid reason even the floor supervisors are behaving in the same manner.
Some customer care executives raise a issue request which i see in unresolved state on the day of it is created and the same will be in issue resolved state on the next day without my knowledge.This is a serious concern for me and i have been troubled a lot with the services
I have purchased the Tv and extended warranty on same cart on the same transaction and now people from flipkart are telling me that they are bought in separately, i’m not sure how this happened
Could someone from the team please help me address this issue as I’m not able to use the product for more than1 month .
I literally tried more than 30 times to reach flipkart customer care executives during this time to find the solution for this issue.you could find the chat history of requesting the call backs from different orders in my order history page.
