I purchased a OnePlus Y1 80 cm TV from Flipkart with Jeeves complete protection warranty for 3 years. Due to TV is damaged, I claimed that warranty. But there is no positive response from Jeeves. Since 25days, Jeeves customer service mailed me that we will get back to you within 2 business days. Otherwise no response.
