I got extended warranty from sargam electronics for the AC I purchased.
Now when I am trying to call them all numbers are invalid and the one at which someone picks call they are saying they only provide service for out of warranty products. Is it my fault that I gave extra money and got extended warranty for my product, thinking that they will provide service if required.
My AC is not working properly and I want to get it checked.
I got to know many people are facing same issue. Please help.
