Byju representative Chandan came to my home for my childern enrollment and he took our bank details but at the same time we asked him for cancellation & he assured us registration not yet done so no cancellation is required. But after 1 month i am getting message & call from bank to paid EMI of first installment . I was in shocked, i didn’t receive any kit,even not attended a single classes and when I tried to contact to representative & Byju support for cancellation they are not doing it.Bank person calling me continuously giving me threat to paid EMI. Please help
