Dear/sir
one day my airtel sim break so I will Goto the nearest airtel store I tell my problem to the employee my sim was prepaid but employees makes me fool for their profit employees give me suggestion your sim we will provide until you do not prepaid to postpaid so I saying to the employee if your want to postpaid my number you giving me very smallest plan he giving me 399 plan I agree but I saying to the emloyees if I want to postpaid to prepaid my number so employee tell me after 90days im saying ok but my bill generating plan amount large amount I goto the airtel store tell the employee my problem but no response by the employees so I wiil pay bill payment but in the feb my bill generating 800 rupees I again goto the store I tell my problem to the employee employee tell me please pay your bill amount I will subtract next bill when your next bill generating bill subtract you pay minimum rupees but bill generating 986 rupees this is my problem sii want to my sim postpaid to prepaid and port also please you understand my problem please sir solve the my problem its my humble request to you
